JAPAN KAORI TEA
The popular Matcha is a Japanese specialty and is made from loose green tea. Before the tea leaves are picked, the tea bushes are covered with dark nets or bamboo mats. This "shading" intensifies the concentration of valuable ingredients, promotes the taste and the bright green color. To produce Matcha, only the best leaves of the bush are picked by hand in accordance with strict requirements and, after drying, ground into the finest powder in Japanese granite stone mills.
CLASSIC JAPANESE ORGANIC MATCHA
The JAPAN KAORI from HELLERSTEA° comes from the Hattori Farm near Kikugawa City - Shizuoka, Japan. Because matcha is not a tea infusion, but is whipped as a natural powder in the matcha bowl with a bamboo whisk, the proportion of natural ingredients is much higher than in normal green tea.
